We offer three main categories of support:

  • In-home help: organizing, safety checks, tech help, mail sorting
  • Outdoor help: light yard cleanup, safety inspections, entry upkeep
  • Errands: grocery pickup, pharmacy runs, post office visits


5. Do you provide medical care or transportation?

No. Neighborly Hands provides non-medical support only. We do not offer healthcare services or client transportation.


6. Can I request services not listed?

Yes. We are flexible and happy to accommodate custom requests whenever possible.


7. Do you offer recurring services?

Absolutely. We offer weekly, biweekly, monthly, and subscription plans for ongoing support and peace of mind.

8. How much do services cost?

  • Home visits: $40/hour
  • Outdoor services: $60/hour
  • Errands: $40 per trip
  • Additional time and stops available at low add-on rates

We also offer monthly plans starting at $99 for better value and consistency.

You’ll work directly with Rusty Murray, a longtime Roswell resident of 28 years, bringing over 30 years of experience as an engineer and in technology consulting and sales—along with a strong commitment to trust, reliability, and service.


12. Can family members receive updates?

Yes. We can provide optional check-in updates to family members, especially with our Premium Plan.
